How the AI Credit System Works
Every generative action performed within the AI Studio—whether transforming a product or creating a new model—consumes a specific number of computational credits.
- Standard Quality (1k Resolution): Highly efficient. Consumes the lowest amount of credits per generated sample. Ideal for rapid prototyping and drafting.
- High Quality (2k/4k Resolution): Consumes a higher volume of credits per sample to deliver photorealistic, ecommerce-ready fidelity.
- Image to Video Generation: Video generation requires massive computational GPU power, consuming a proportionally higher number of credits per second of rendered video.
Maximizing Credits: Always test your prompts and settings using Standard Quality (1k) first. Once you achieve the perfect composition, upscale or regenerate at High Quality (4k) to conserve your monthly credit allowance.
Tracking Your Credits History
Transparency is key. Navigate to the Credits tab to access a comprehensive, chronological log of your credit consumption. This detailed ledger breaks down exactly how many credits were expended on each specific generation task, enabling precise budget tracking for your team.

Free Trial: Fit It On offers a free trial with a limited allocation of complimentary credits so you can evaluate the platform's AI generation capabilities before upgrading. Note that some premium features, like high-res asset downloading, are restricted during the free trial.
- Personal / Starter Plans: Designed for enthusiasts and solo creators. These plans provide a balanced allocation of monthly credits perfect for consistent catalog updates and exploring AI try-on tools.

Step-by-Step: How to Upgrade Your Plan
When you are ready to scale production or if you exhaust your monthly credit allocation:
- Navigate to the Billing tab (alternatively, click the highlighted upgrade badge situated next to your credit balance in the sidebar).
- Review the available tiers and select the plan that optimally aligns with your workflow demands.
- Complete the secure, encrypted checkout process.
- Your account will be instantly provisioned with your new credit balance and unlocked premium features.
Managing Invoices and Payment Methods
The Billing portal also allows administrative users to securely update active credit card information and download formal PDF invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

No. Subscription-based credits refresh at the start of your billing cycle and do not roll over. However, if you purchase supplementary "Top-Up" credit packs, those specific credits never expire.
Yes. The Fit It On platform automatically detects system-level generation failures. If the AI engine encounters an error and fails to deliver an image, the reserved credits are automatically and instantly refunded to your balance.
