Team Management and Collaboration

Fit It On is explicitly engineered for enterprise collaboration. The Team tab empowers account administrators to invite colleagues to a unified workspace, pooling resources, sharing AI credits, and centralizing brand assets to dramatically streamline ecommerce production workflows.

Inviting Members to Your Workspace

If your organization is subscribed to a compatible Premium or Agency plan, administrators can seamlessly invite new members to join the operational workspace:

  1. Navigate to Manage -> Team from the primary dashboard.
  2. Input the professional email address of the colleague you intend to invite.
  3. Click the Send Invite button.
  4. The system will instantly dispatch a secure email containing an encrypted link, allowing the user to seamlessly authenticate and join your specific workspace.

Auditing and Managing Pending Invites

Administrators maintain full visibility over all pending invitations within the Team tab. If an invitation was dispatched erroneously, or if the recipient no longer requires platform access, administrators can immediately nullify the link by clicking the Revoke button adjacent to the pending invite record.

Seat Limits: Your ability to invite new members is constrained by the maximum seat count allocated by your specific subscription tier. Visit the Billing tab to upgrade your plan if you require additional team seats.

How Workspace Collaboration Functions

When invited colleagues successfully join your workspace, they are integrated into a shared resource ecosystem:

  • Shared AI Credits: All authenticated team members draw from a single, unified pool of credits dictated by the workspace owner's subscription plan. This eliminates the need to manage multiple individual billing accounts.
  • Centralized Assets: (Depending on your administrative workspace settings) High-value custom AI models and generated gallery assets are accessible globally across the team. This ensures absolute brand consistency regardless of which team member is executing the generation workflow.

Leaving a Team Workspace

If you are a member of a workspace that you no longer need to actively participate in, you can voluntarily disconnect your profile.

  1. Navigate to the Team tab.
  2. Locate your own user profile within the active team roster.
  3. Select the destructive action to Leave Team.

Loss of Access: Leaving a team instantly revokes your access to the workspace's shared credit pool and any proprietary custom models or gallery assets owned by that organization.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Currently, all members within a workspace share identical generation privileges. We recommend establishing internal guidelines for when high-resolution generation is appropriate to manage credit burn effectively.

No. All images and custom models generated by a team member while they were part of the workspace remain the permanent property of the workspace owner, even after that member is removed.
