Managing Your Account Profile & Security
The Account Profile dashboard is your control center for managing personal information, securing your authentication methods, and overseeing your active sessions on the Fit It On platform.
You can access these controls by navigating to Manage -> Account from the main dashboard sidebar.
Viewing Personal Information
Within the Account tab, you can view how you are represented within your team workspace and across the platform:
- Display Name: View the name associated with your account, which is how you appear to your collaborators in shared workspaces.
- Email Address: View your registered email address.
Email Changes: If your account was created using a third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) provider such as Google Authentication, your email address is strictly bound to that provider and cannot be changed directly within the Fit It On interface.
Security & Authentication Controls
Fit It On employs robust, industry-standard authentication methods to ensure your proprietary ecommerce assets and generated models remain completely secure.
Managing Your Sign-In Method
- Email and Password Accounts: If you registered using a standard email and password, you can securely request a password reset directly from the primary login screen if you forget your credentials.
- Third-Party Providers (Google, etc.): If you utilized a third-party provider for accelerated sign-in, all password management and multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols are securely handled by that respective provider.
Session Management
To protect your account—especially when accessing Fit It On from a shared or public workstation—you can terminate your active session at any time by clicking the red Sign Out button located at the very bottom of the main navigation sidebar.

To ensure data security and compliance, complete account deletion requests must be verified. Please contact our support team directly through the Crisp chat widget (located in the bottom right corner of your screen) to initiate the account and data deletion process.
No. Fit It On does not store passwords for accounts created via Google SSO. You must manage your security settings directly through your Google Account dashboard.
