Managing Your Plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing tab in your Account Management settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated charges), while downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Credit Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Your credit balance will reset on your billing anniversary date.

Yes! If you run out of credits before your month is over, you can purchase one-time credit top-ups from the Billing page without needing to upgrade to a higher tier permanently.
No. If you choose monthly billing, you can cancel at any time without penalty. If you choose yearly billing to take advantage of the discount, you are committing to a full year.
